The goods will be delivered by different logistics company accroding to your address in  most effective way. Please noted that Hawaii or other places with some distance might take more than 7 business days due to the weather and conditions of delivery company.

Tracking Code

- It may take 2-3 business days to process your order before updating the tracking code. Once the tracking code is available, you will receive an email at the address you provided when placing the order.

Order Confirmation and Changes
We begin packing your order as soon as we receive it, so unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once confirmed. Once the delivery tracking is updated, no adjustments can be made, including changes to products, shipping addresses, or cancellations.

Accurate Address Information

Please provide the correct address information when you place an order.
We cannot reship, exchange or refund your order for the incorrect address.

Delivery Times and Potential Delays
Given the delivery time mentioned, please note that delivery may be delayed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control. However, please note that we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund in this situation.

Missed Delivery Notifications

Customers should stay alert for calls and mails from the delivery service to avoid missing them, as this could result in delays or failure of delivery. If the package fails to be delivered due to this reason, no refund or reshipment will be issued.

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Goods
VT COSMETICS is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the package has been delivered to the correct address. However, if the delivery service confirms loss, damage, or any other issues due to their mistake, please  feel free to reach out to us through "Contact Us," and our Customer Service team will assist you.

International Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their government. These fees are separate from shipping charges and are not set by VT COSMETICS or the delivery service. If a package is undelivered due to a customer's refusal to pay these charges, we will not be responsible for offering a refund or reshipping of the order.
