Are your products pregnancy safe?

Reedle Shot essence is formulated without any harmful ingredients, ensuring it's gentle on your skin. However, if you're expecting, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before adding this product to your skincare routine.

Is Reedle shot suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely, Reedle shot is crafted to be suitable for sensitive skin types.
However, if you happen to have some severe allergies, it's advisable to conduct a patch test on a small area before using on the face.

I experience a slight stinging sensation when using it. Should I be concerned?

While using our Reedle Shot essence, you may feel a slight tingling sensation, which is completely normal and indicates skin improvement. Rest assured, it contains 'cica reedle' for soothing benefits. Tingling intensity varies by skin type and ski condition. FOr less tingling, start with a small amount, and consider using toner before or moisturizer after application.

Is there a specific reason for using this product at the start of my skincare routine?

Reedle Shot serves as a foundational step, employing ingredients to open the channels in the stratum corneum and facilitate the absorption of ingredients. Incorporating it as the initial step following your face cleansing routine is recommended.

Is there any ingredient that can't not use with Reedle shot?

There are no incompatibilities with other ingredients when using the Reedle Shot. However, for ingredients that have usage guidelines related to skin sensitivity, we recommend performing a patch test before incorporating them into your routine alongside the Reedle Shot essence.

Can I cancel items afer I've placed an order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it's not possible for order or item cancellation. We kindly suggest you read the product information carefully before confirming your order.

Can I return the product I ordered?

Once the order has been completed, it is not eligible for a refund. If the product is returned due to an error in the address by customer's mistake, the amount excluding the shipping costs will be refunded.

Can I change the shipping address after I've placed an order?

For taxable orders we cannot change your shipping address if the state and zip code of your new shipping address differ from the original shipping address.

what should I do if the items I received are damaged or incorrect?

Sorry for your inconvinience. For missing or damaged items please contact our customer service team by CONTACT US and we will have a replacement shipped as soon as possible.

What should I do when the customs fee is incurred?

The customer is responsible for customs fees, and in the event of automatic return due to failure to collect within the given period after payment, the round-trip expenses will be borne by the customer. Therefore, please be aware of the potential occurrence of customs fees, and kindly respond to communication from the local shipping company to prevent automatic returns.

When will my order arrive?

In general, estimated delivery time is 5~7 working days. And you will be able to receive email updates with tracking information.

My package is not moving or still hasn't arrived.

In the instance where there has been no movement in your parcel tracking or if the package is showing as delivered but you haven't received it, we advise customers to contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided via email.
