Return Policy
Please aware that only products purchased from globalvt-cosmetics.com can be returned to us.
We do not receive returns of products purchased from any other places.
If the product you wish to retun was not purchased from globalvt-cosmetics.com, please contact the place of purchase for a resolution.
Customers may only return unopend product within 14 days of receiving the product.
Customers should notify us to submit your return request with detailed informations before returning the goods.
Returning items without prior notification or approval may not be accepted.
Note: We reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund request if, after inspection, the returned products do not comply with this Return Policy or we find evidence of fraud, return abuse, or other manipulative behavior that may compromise our Return Policy or Terms of Use.

Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
However if the return is a result of our error including incorrect or defective product, VT COSMETICS will pay for the returning fee.

Refund Policy
- Damaged & Wrong Items: Any issues with damaged or wrongly shipped items must be reported to our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact our Customer Service Team with detailed pictures or video of the damaged or incorrect product. We will evaluate the issue and assist you if there is damage or a defect.
- Lost packages: VT Cosmetics does not provide compensation for the lost shipments that have been delivered to the correct address.
However, If you did not receive the package for more than 30 days, or the delivery service confirms their error, please contact us via Email with the information below.

- Exchanges: We do not receive the exchanges once the order is made. If you want to change the product, please cancel the original order and make a new one.
But please aware that once your order status is "in Progress" , it means you order is already been confirmed and shipped, cannot be canceled.
- Price Adjustments During Promotions: VT might occasionally offers promotions or sales, which may affect the pricing of our products.
Please aware that once the price of an order placed before a promotion cannot be adjusted or compensated based on the promotion.
